What is an addon domain ?
Basically, an addon domain is a domain, which you can manage in your hosting plan along with your primary domain. This means, If you want to run multiple websites the there is no need to purchase a different hosting plan for your domain. you can purchase a plan as per your requirement in which you can manage multiple domains where your main domain is known as the primary domain and others domains are known as addon domains. you can select your plan here as per your requirements.
How to add an addon domain in cPanel ?
To add an addon domain in cPanel please the steps which are given below.
Step 01. Log in to your cPanel.
Step 02. Search “addon domains ” in the search box or scroll down and go to the Domains section where you will find the “Addon Domains” option. Click on “addon domain”.
Step 03. Fill domain name that you want to add and press enter. For example, I filled “Example.com”. after filling in the domain name click on add button.
Step 03. Congratulation, your addon domain has been successfully added.
