In simple words , Cloudflare is a content delivery network (CDN). Cloudflare designed to make everything you connect to the Internet secure, private, fast, and reliable.

people use Cloudflare ,Because Cloudflare protects their websites from malicious activity like DDoS attacks, malicious bots and other nefarious intrusions. And allows website owners to easily insert applications into their websites without the need to be a developer.
How to add a website in cloudflare?
You should update your nameservers before adding your website to Cloudflare.
please follow the steps given below To add a website in cloudflare .
Step 01. Search cloudflare.com in your browser
Step 02. If you have a cloudflare account then login in to cloudflare otherwise create a account and log in
Step 03. Click on “Add Site”
Step 04. Enter your domain name in the given box and then click on “Add Site”
Step 05. Now select a plan according to your requirement and interest. Here I am choosing free plan of Cloudflare in which I will get some core features of Cloudflare like DDoS attack mitigation through Global Content Delivery Network support community and developer documentation. After choosing the plan click on “Continue”
Step 06. If you have already updated your nameservers then, your DNS records in Cloudflare will be updated automatically , Otherwise you will face an error. If your DNS records have been updated in Cloudflare, click on Continue.
Step 07. Now here you will get cloudflare;s nameservers , copy these nameservers. Now leave this tab and open a new tab in your browser and follow the steps given below .
Step 08. Log in to your account from where you purchased your domain
Step 09. Click on “Domain” on home page.
Step 10. Click on nameserver
Step 11. Fill the new cloudflare’s nameservers that you copied previously and click on “change nameservers”
Step 12. After updating your new cloudflare’s nameservers ,Go back to the tab that has Cloudflare open , Click on “Done,Check nameserver”
Step 14. Now you website has been added to cloudflare successfully
Now you can check your nameserver by following this Steps
Step 01 : Search “https://whois.com/whois” in your browser.
Step 03 : Enter your domain name or IP address and click on search.
How to add “DNS Records” in Cloudflare?
Follow the below steps to add “DNS Record” in Cloudflare.
Step 01. Login to Cloudflare.
Step 02. Select the domain to which you want to add DNS record.
Step 03. Go to DNS.
Step 04. Click on “Add Record“
Step 05. Click on the dropdown button and select the record type, and fill other required information and click on “Save”.
